Quick Kitchen Update! Start Small.
Are you looking to refresh a space in your home? Start with small areas, these small changes can make a big difference with creating ascetically pleasing spaces and provides encouragement to tackle larger spaces within your home.
Our kitchen island houses many of our eating needs. Like our salt and pepper shaker, napkins, tooth picks etc...
Our old system was not working for us. We had a lazy Susan that was to small and it was hard to transport when we needed a clear counter space.
If something isn't working don't be afraid to try something new.
I spent around $30.00 for this update. The rest of the items I already had in the house.
Tray-I purchased this tray, it creates for easy transport when wanting to quickly clear the counter for dinner, homework or projects. I placed items on the tray that we most frequently use at dinner time. Napkins, salt, tooth picks.
Ambiance- the flowers and candle are present more for decorative purposes to help create beautiful spaces. Fresh flowers always add life to any room. I love bringing the outdoors into my home as much as possible. It is so inviting to walk into a kitchen with warm fresh smells. When I am not cooking or baking I like to lite candles.
The best encouragement for this project was when my husband states "I like this so much better." It is nice receiving feed back weather positive or negative to help initiate change.
